GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Kids Boxfit is a class for children aged 6-12 years. This class is designed to utilise boxing techniques in a safe and fun way whilst keeping them active and moving in correct ways. The aim is to use activity in fun innovative ways to keep the kids as involved as possible to develop their strength, flexibility and coordination. 30 Minute sessions and children can be left with the trainer.

HIIT Ultimate 30 + 30 is designed so that you can arrive half way or leave halfway OR stay for the ULTIMATE HIIT Session of 60 Minutes (including warmup & cooldown)
Boxfit is a 45 minute fitness and conditioning class incorporating high intensity boxing drills and body weight exercises. Each class is specially designed to ensure fun and hard work for any level of fitness and experience. Boxfit is a fun, action packed, no contact class based around the fitness principles of boxing.
This 45 minute class is a total body workout designed to build strength and gain lean toned muscle. The workout uses kettlebells and bodyweight with no jumping or running. A combination of isolation exercises, time under tension (slow burn) and high reps (increased heart rate) will challenge and change you. Options provided for everyone to succeed.
MUMS & BUBS
This is 60 minute class is split into 2 x 30 minute sessions so that you can arrive late or leave early and its not too long for the kids if they've had enough!
A total body workout designed to keep exercise fun, safe, challenging and stress free with this class has a specific focus on re-strengthening our posterior chain & inner core with the added benefits of improving cardiovascular fitness while looking after our mental health & wellbeing as well.
Options are provided for everyone to succeed from early post pregnancy to mums of teens.
Baby not necessary, our only request is that you come prepared for organised chaos!
Please note that if you are 6 weeks post-pregnancy you must have medical clearance to exercise first
