    KIDS BOXFIT
     

    Kids Boxfit is a class for children aged 6-12 years. This class is designed to utilise boxing techniques in a safe and fun way whilst keeping them active and moving in correct ways. The aim is to use activity in fun innovative ways to keep the kids as involved as possible to develop their strength, flexibility and coordination.  30 Minute sessions and children can be left with the trainer.

    POWERHOUSE
     

    Powerhouse is a class that is core based focusing on your abdominal muscles and posterior chain which includes your hamstrings, glutes and back extensors. A 45 minute session for all fitness levels and suitable for both males and females. This class is ideal if you want to develop your powerhouse even further!

    HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
     

    Fire up your fitness with a mighty 30 minute workout to blitz body fat, build lean and strong muscles and increase energy levels. The trainer sweats too.

    This one hour class will get you well aquainted with the functioning of your cardiovascular system! Utilizing a range of free weight and body weight exercises with various other pieces of equipment, this class will fire up your metabolism, improve your fitness and take your breath away! This class is suitable for those looking for a challenge to their current fitness regime and for anyone looking to try something different!

    Boxfit is a 45 minute fitness and conditioning class incorporating high intensity boxing drills and body weight exercises. Each class is specially designed to ensure fun and hard work for any level of fitness and experience. Boxfit is a fun, action packed, no contact class based around the fitness principles of boxing.

    KETTLEBELLS

     

    This 45 minute class is a total body workout designed to build strength and gain lean toned muscle. The workout uses kettlebells and bodyweight with no jumping or running. A combination of isolation exercises, time under tension (slow burn) and high reps (increased heart rate) will challenge and change you. Options provided for everyone to succeed.

    CLASS COSTS - $10 for non-gym members, $5 for gym members and $5 for students and seniors over 60yrs.

    All persons suffering from know injuries and women 6 weeks post-pregnancy MUST have medical clearance first
