We're taking HIIT back to the way it's meant to be - short and intense!
We're talking 20 minutes to give it ALL you've got! You'll leave feeling exhausted (the good kind!) and accomplished - we can almost guarantee!
But only 20 minutes you say?! The reason for this, is that's what true high intensity training is all about - it's short, it's sharp and gets you results quick!
Our maximum intensity can't be maintained for long periods of time. Longer sessions turn into being more cardio based (which is cool too!) but don't get you the same results as a true HIIT session.
20 minutes is all it takes to get a solid workout in that will not only benefit your physical health but also get those feel good endorphins flowing!
HIIT classes will take place with Kayley in the main gym area and are limited to 6 people per class.
As spaces are limited, booking is essential. Please also arrive 5 minutes before the class starts, ready to go!
GYM CIRCUIT for Seniors
This 45 minute class is a gentle total body workout designed to build strength and gain lean toned muscle. The workout uses light resistance equipment and bodyweight suitable for those looking for a slower more controlled and monitored exercise session.
These classes are held in the gym on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1pm - Class duration 45 minutes.
Bookings are not required for this class.
