GYM CIRCUIT for Seniors
This 45 minute class is a gentle total body workout designed to build strength and gain lean toned muscle. The workout uses light resistance equipment and bodyweight suitable for those looking for a slower more controlled and monitored exercise session.
These classes are held in the gym on Wednesdays and Fridays at 1pm - Class duration 45 minutes.

A GYM MEMBERSHIP IS NOT NECESSARY - CASUALS WELCOME
$10 for non-gym members
$5 for gym members and
$5 for students and seniors over 60yrs.

All persons suffering from know injuries and women 6 weeks post-pregnancy MUST have medical clearance first
