NEW MEMBERS

We have a lot of exciting things happening at the facility with various group fitness classes throughout the week, and different fitness challenges and competitions throughout the year.  We like to try and provide something for everyone!

 

If your reason for joining the gym is to lose some body fat, gain some lean muscle, rehabilitate from an injury or really just to improve your overall health and wellbeing, We are here to help you through that process.

 

The gym environment doesn't have to be an intimidating place. We are all here for similar reasons and rest assured knowing you will have someone there to guide you and willing to help.
